Working with Sam was an absolute pleasure. He knows SO MUCH, not just about the market and real estate, but lending, escrow, financing, loan types. Truly a wealth of knowledge and a well-rounded realtor. We had a few hiccups in our process with lending issues and with construction delays from the freeze but Sam was communicative and problem-solving through it all. He's a true advocate for his clients and it was a joy to work with him.

Sam did an amazing job with helping me select a house. Being new to San Antonio, and a first time home buyer, it was important that I worked with someone who knew the area as well as the housing market. I found Sam's process to be polished and helpful. I was happily surprised that Sam spent more time talking me out of the wrong homes rather then trying to 'sell' me any house we came across. Through out the process Sam wore many hats. He was a home inspector when it was necessary to select the perfect home. A realtor when it came time to make an offer and negotiate and a trusted friend when advice was all I needed. He is a high energy guy! We saw 13 houses in 1 day. After his feedback it was easy to select a house. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in San Antonio.

His dedication and passion to not only to real estate, but to veterans is what set him apart from any other real estate agent I have dealt with. His vast knowledge of the San Antonio real estate area as well as his personal/family like approach is what sold me to select him as representing me and my family toward our new home purchase. I will not chose any other real estate agent in our future purchases in the San Antonio area and highly recommend his real estate service to anyone that is looking to buy a new or pre-owned home. Sam was beyond anything we could have hoped for. A man of integrity. With professional expertise. And a tireless work ethic. He worked hour after hour to find us our home. He listened to us and heard our needs even better than we could communicate them. His patience never faltered. Sam is truly top of his field. We will go out of our way to recommend him. I actually kind of want to sell our new home just to be able to work with him again. He's that good!
